Gulf Arab Culture:
He went تكرم (tikram) to the toilet.

Arab waterfront architecture in Dubai, UAE Here is a short explanation about a phrase mentioned right after (or right before) saying anything considered عيب ^ayb shameful
or حرام Haraam forbidden (things like certain parts of the body, alcohol, narcotics, pork, using the restroom, underwear, etc.)

تكرم
tikram - be honored
(if said to several people, it's تكرمو tikramu )

So, how do you use it?

For example, somebody asks you 'Where is Abdullah?", and you want to say "He went to the restroom/toilet". In Gulf Arabic you would say,
راح الحمام تكرم
raaH il-Hammaam tikram

where

راح
raaH - he went
الحمام
il-Hammaam - the restroom/bathroom
